Amazing communication, excellent service and very accommodating

I would highly recommend this company. The engineer who came out to service my boiler and tank was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that he was doing. He arrived on time, took off his shoes and put down covers for the carpets and floors and then tidied up afterwards. My invoice was sent to me the same evening and the price was brilliant. Asked for a quote for another job that we wanted doing and the quote came in the same evening!! We will definitely be using them again!

The young man came on time, I explained the situation and how I could not get my phone to connect to the system and could only operate it manually. He was able to sort it for me and show and explain what I needed to do. I would certainly use their services again and I appreciate the time and effort it took to get the system sorted.
