Very professional from start to finish. Craig happily provided a quote for the work and an appointment. He turned up on the date and time given - wearing shoe covers. He was polite and friendly. He replaced both taps efficiently and left no mess. His experience and competency showed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Responded to my first message on here almost immediately. Then gave a decent quote and arranged to come do the work 5 days later (it was Friday I messaged). Turned up exactly on time he said he would (to the minute!). Sorted the job no problem. Very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.
