My toilet wouldn't stop refilling. Craig came out the same day, despite it being late evening. He was very friendly and wore shoe covers ensuring no dirt was tracked through my house. The issue was easily resolved by him pressing down on one of the components inside the cistern. Craig then took the time to explain the different things that could cause the issue, so that if it happened again I could resolve it myself. He also only charged me a small call out fee, despite the late hour. Very pleased with the service that was provided. I would highly recommend this company.
