Had two new bathrooms at the same time. Provided with an accurate quote and timeframe to begin with and hasn’t changed throughout with an payment instalment plan once parts of the project were complete, constantly informed of progress with what was happening and who would be turning up and when. Everyone who turned up was nice and welcoming and professional in completing the work and were always happy to answer questions regarding the areas of expertise. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future

Loui and his team have been absolutely amazing on our loft conversion. Super trustworthy and professional, he made our first building project stress-free and easy. Crew Carpentry and Build completed our kitchen/dining room renovation in the summer 2025. We were kept fully informed at every stage of this project, which has been completed to a very high standard. Loui and his team were very helpful and did a good job of our building project. We had a dining room and kitchen converted into a kitchen diner, with a wall taken out, new plumbing and wiring, new kitchen, bifold doors onto the garden etc. When we were finalising our design Loui took the time to come and cost options up for us to help us decide. The work was completed pretty much on time and was completed to a good standard. Loui was on top of things even when there was a subcontractor doing bits of work. He helped us through the building control process, communicated well and was tidy.

Our new fitted shelving units look great and are exactly what we wanted. Really easy to organise and great communication. We would use Crew Carpentary and Build again.

They visited to advise scope of work, estimated timescales and potential risks of further work necessary which could be discovered during repairs. They were very thorough, taking time to view all damage and advise best ways of conducting repairs.
