  I was convinced I had to purchase a new door until Peter came to take measurements. When I explained the issue, he immediately took the time to investigate, fixed and, to my surprise, he discovered that my door was working perfectly fine. He told me honestly, “You don’t need a new door — it works!” I was genuinely moved and deeply impressed by his honesty and professionalism. Other companies told me I needed a new door, but Peter’s integrity saved me from making an unnecessary and expensive purchase. Thank you Peter!!!   Very good service. Great products. I highly recommend Crestshield Windows. Having tried three other companies, I chose Crestshield Windows. Not only are they a local company, they're dedicated to doing a good job. During my enquiries, all of my questions were answered, the prices were laid out very simply and a timeline made clear. Throughout the job, communication was incredibly easy, deadlines were met and the work carried out smoothly. A year later, the window and door are still working very well without any issues at all. I'll be choosing Crestshield Windows in the future.

  Complete new composite front door ,framework and new side cupboard door

  Peter did the initial visit and fully explained the various choices of doors etc. They kept us informed of the progress as the doors were being prepared and the date for installation. Brad and Scott who did the job were punctual, totally professional and did an excellent job. Overall a great experience from beginning to end.
