This is the second project we have done with Creative Living LE and we would use them again. The work was completed to a really high standard and Ken is so useful getting involved in the design process to think about how you get the most out of your space. We had some really specific ideas and he was great at bringing them to life.

The work conducted for us was well executed from start to finish, great communication was made throughout the process and we felt confident in every stage of the build. The finishes result was as expected.

Ken and his team recently completed my L shaped loft conversion . I am really very happy with the result. The build quality is impressive, others (including those in the trade) who have visited have commented positively on this. A few unexpected issues arose (shouldn't have been surprised it's an old property) Ken was prompt to bring these to my attention, provide advice and a range of options for sorting. Any additional costs were always fair and reasonable. Ken and all his team were easy to work with ( this was very important for me) always hardworking and professional.

We were extremely impressed with Ken and Creative Living. Ken is very professional, his workmanship is of the highest quality, he was efficient, punctual, friendly, respectful of our home (with imminent baby). Costs were as quoted and any extras were clearly explained with all options laid out. Ken’s experience was vital in helping us to maximise our space in the best and most practical way. The end result is amazing - two new loft rooms including ensuite - with high quality workmanship and a premium finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Ken and will use him for our next project.

We had a large rear kitchen extension on our 1930s house, Ken and his team did an excellent job we’re really pleased with it, it looks amazing, he liaised with our neighbours and the job run smoothly all on fronts from day one to completion. The guys on site were professional and great to deal with. We would definitely recommend Creative Living and Ken.

Fantastic job, on time and great quality. The brief was to refurb my patents house on a tight budget to rent , which Creative Living delivered on. Kenny is so easy to work with, great with the neighbours and fab communication with me. 2nd job he has done for me - the first was on my own house to a top spec - such a great job that I asked for his help with the parents. Kenny has a great team of professionals working for him, and he effectively project managed the lot as well as pitching in where needed.
