The cat had completely shattered existing cat flap, leaving me with a gaping hole in the front door, letting in freezing cold air. I needed a pretty quick repair, and Ross/Aaron responded immediately, arriving with a new cat-flap and within a couple of days, the old, shattered cat-flap was removed, and the new one fitted. So pleased with the work done - Ross and Aaron had good communication skills, were courteous, respectful of my property, and were fast and clean workers .. a joy to deal with. Have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will certainly use again.

Did a great job, very punctual, were very clean and thorough. The job took longer than expected not due to their fault, and still stuck to the original invoice. Would definitely recommend and come back to them when needed.

Excellent work. Had some carpentry work done ( wooden pelmet around curtain rail) including doors being hung. The young man who did the work, not only did a first class job, he was polite, hard working and very tidy. Cleaned up beautifully after he'd finished. Great value for money and highly recommended.

After having a fire inspection and needing replacements door sets we called creative due to them having the BM trada and they sent us Aaron. We have to say Aaron was very profesional, polite and well mannered (he even made us a cup of tea!) and very knowledgable in what he does.
