  Side kitchen extension and internal reconfiguration.

  We are nearing the end of our project and, to date, have had a great experience with Josh and his whole team. He is honest and open and keeps up constant communication on progress. When we've run into unexpected hurdles he has helped us navigate them. All the subcontractors he gets on board are friendly and nice to have around...an important one for us as we lived on site with 2 kids. Would definitely recommend.

  Refurbishment throughout ground floor and extension to our front porch

  Always nervous having building works done due to a stressful experience some years back. We had three quotes for some long overdue home improvements (refurbishment of GF and extension to our front porch) and chose to go with Creative Construction Ltd largely due to the initial interactions we had with their representative Josh. He was very polite, knowledgeable and he and his team delivered exactly what we’d hoped for. Stunning job on the house - cuffed to bits and happy to recommend

  Complete downstairs renovation/reconfiguration

  Josh and his team did a fantastic job of reconfiguring the entire downstairs of our house, including adding steel supports, removing walls, moving doors & windows, and installing new kitchen, utility room, plumbing, underfloor heating and new boiler. We’re delighted with the work and love living in the new space. Josh’s commitment to his clients is exceptional. His team were always prompt, personable, extremely hard working and worked to a very high standard. His communication was fantastic throughout, &the project was finished on time and on budget, to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

  I can’t recommend Josh and the boys highly enough. From day 1 he put us all at ease and even the dogs loved having him there. Everything went so well throughout the project with Josh in constant communication with us about what would be happening next.
