Mark and Jan and their team are all lovely people to have in your house - polite,and friendly with no bad language or excess noise. There were some delays but this was more due to bad luck than bad management. There was one quite significant mistake but this was dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible and minor issues were quickly dealt with, no problem. Overall,I am very pleased with the work.

CR Build were very professional throughout the whole process. The attention to detail was at the highest level and they clearly went above and beyond our expectations, taking huge pride in their work. I would 110% recommend CR Build to anyone as i would be confident they will complete the job at the highest level.

These guys are the best of the best. Bang on budget, turned up every day, got the job done quicker than planned, highly skilled, approachable, responded to emails, were open to changes ,and agreed further work. I have been let down previously by builders and I am so glad that I came across CR Build. Honest, hard worker, down to earth, good guys who I would thoroughly recommend. From the beginning of the process CR Build were by far the most responsive builders we’d found, and kept us in the loop of expected start date etc. Once on site they stuck to timelines and budget throughout the build, were friendly and communicative- always checking with us as needed to make sure any necessary decisions were discussed. The build had the potential to be hugely disruptive to us as we stayed in the house throughout with a young family, but it was far less stressful than anticipated as they were always courteous and tidy where needed. The quality of Mark and Jan’s work was top notch.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Finished to extremely high quality - the job took exactly the amount of time originally specified. No mess, cleaned up and tidied after they had left. Highly recommended.
