Excellent communication, efficient work carried out and reasonably priced.

Muhammad arrived exactly at the time arranged. He quickly identified that the oven needed a new thermocouple, which he had in his van. He removed the fitted oven, did the job, and put everything back neatly. Muhammad was quick, efficient and polite.

Arrived on time and good communication. Pleasant tradesperson. Completed job efficiently. Would recommend.

We needed a new part for the washing machine that Muhammad helpfully ordered in advance of his visit. He kept in touch via WhatsApp and telephone and flexibly arranged his visit so that it didn't clash with another engineer who would have been here at the same time. He carried out the work efficiently and gave advice to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Call out charge was reasonable.

Really helpful, was able to come the next day to look at a leaking washing machine. Call out cost was reasonable, communicated well what the issue was and was able to get a part quickly and come back soon to fix. Would recommend and will use again.
