  Nick Crawford completed our large ground floor single extension. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with excellent suggestions to complete our renovation and achieve the look we wanted on budget. Would thoroughly recommend him to others and also happy for him to showcase his work by bringing future clients to ours.

  Top rate builder , how often can you say it is a pleasure to have a builder in your house!

  Nick has done a lot of work for us over the years , including a renovation and extension creating an enlarged bedroom , new en-suite and an additional room in the loft . His work is absolutely first rate . He is highly skilled ( a fantastic and creative carpenter ) and meticulous . He is creative , responsive , hard working and always calm . The quality of his work, his work ethic and his ability to problem solve , is first rate . He is also a genuinely nice , kind man and no job is too large or too small. I would trust him with any job and frankly I would not use any other builder

  New Porch

  We had a new oak porch built, and found Nick very helpful and knowledgeable regarding design ideas for it They were very friendly, polite and tidy workers. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future

  Stunning side extension and open-plan transformation

  Nick at Crawford’s Construction did a fantastic job on our side extension and open-plan conversion. He managed everything from the structural steelwork to the installation of Velux windows and bifold doors. The transformation from a cramped kitchen/office to a bright, open family hub is incredible. Nick is honest, reasonably priced, and provides expert advice throughout the process. His workmanship is second to none—so much so that he is now my go-to builder for every project. Five stars!

  Garden build

  Nick built a beautiful log cabin and landscaped around our garden. Everything was done with great detail and care he was on time polite and very hard working. I would highly recommend him for any future projects you may have.
