Excellent service , corrected problem and gave good advice.

Major problems with pigeons using external TV aerial as a perch and defecating all over the pathway at the side of the house and recycling bins stored there. Allso problem with TV picture freezing on BBC1 & 2 I wanted TV aerial moved so that pigeons perched over roof but the enginer sugested a better solution of removing the existing TV aerial and putting a high gain TV aerial inside the loft. While doing this he also found a fault in the existing down feed from the TV aerial where water had got into the cable and was corrupting the TV aerial signal. He cut that part of the cable out.

Big problem with satellite service consistently cutting out . Worked hard to eliminate problems and eventually determined it was a wi-fi rather than satellite problem. Excellent service!
