Craig was very friendly and quick with his work. Also responsive to messages.
However, only one coat of paint was applied and the result are patchy. We've essentially had to just give another coat to one of the rooms. Cutting in was a bit haphazard too.
Craig did offer a bit of discount for the trouble.

I wish to apologise unreservedly to the customer that on this occasion I have been unable to meet his expectations. I have over 130 extremely positive reviews on Checkatrade so I feel devastated.
There was wet paint on the kitchen walls when I left which is normal.
The customer later informed me that he would be happy to fix a few areas himself and would I agree to a discount that he thought was reasonable. I agreed and there was no mention of needing to fully repaint a room.
I now wish that I had fixed any issues myself and not agreed to a discount.
