Craig got in touch immediately to arrange to view the space, he came back with a very competitive quote and because it was a smaller job was able to fit it quickly with a day here and there. At first, Craig seemed professional and very competent. Unfortunately, we have not seen him since. No explanation, no apology. I have a large hole in my bathroom. I need to find a new tradesman. He didn’t turn up as agreed on 3 occasions citing confusion or being too busy with other matters or bigger clients who took priority. He has been unreliable and he has made lots of excuses. I’m out of pocket. He insisted on daily payment which I felt very uncomfortable about. My fears were justified - he left without completing the job. He has caused my family a lot of stress.
