    Repair a sunken shower after water ingress due to failed grouting/silicone.

    At first, Craig seemed professional and very competent. Unfortunately, we have not seen him since. No explanation, no apology. I have a large hole in my bathroom. I need to find a new tradesman. He didn’t turn up as agreed on 3 occasions citing confusion or being too busy with other matters or bigger clients who took priority. He has been unreliable and he has made lots of excuses. I’m out of pocket. He insisted on daily payment which I felt very uncomfortable about. My fears were justified - he left without completing the job. He has caused my family a lot of stress. I do not recommend Craig.

    Tiling lower ground floor

    Craig did an excellent job for us, tiles we chose were tricky to work with (irregular) but he took it in his stride. He takes a professional pride in his work, was concerned we were happy all the way through and pulled some late nights to get the job finished. The finished floor is fab, good quality work and we’re getting lots of compliments!

    Tiling a shower room

    Craig did a great job both tiling, and fitting floor for our shower room. We used relatively small metro tiles - close to 900 in total and Craig did a great job, listening to our requests (we had dado tiles and small pencil tiles as feature) and offering opinion when asked. Punctual, worked full days and very polite - will use Craig again

    Craig completed a fantastic renovation from a wet room to a gorgeous new bathroom! The tiling was impeccable and we couldn't recommend Craig enough, professional, efficient and trustworthy service!
