Gareth is a true expert and craftsman and fixed the cords in my sash window quickly and with great care. He also advised on another window that needs attention in my victorian property. Very happy with the work done to replace a sliding sash that was rotten. Communication was good. Lead time given was accurate. Having had awful problems with other window companies, this was smooth and simple from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Gareth was really knowledgable and replaced the timber that was rotten He did a fantastic job ,as water was Getting into our flat before . I highly recommend this company I’m really happy that they were able to help fix our problems. High quality work completed . Gareth did a fantastic job on our sash windows, which we couldn’t open and the wood was quite rotten after many years of neglect. Most companies would have wanted to replace the whole of the window, but Gareth did an excellent job repairing and restoring the window, which was significantly cheaper than a replacement would have been. Lots of neighbours stopped by to admire his workmanship and ask him to help with their own sash windows! Also a really lovely man and we thoroughly enjoyed his company.
