A 1m-sized chunk of plaster collapsed from my ceiling leaving exposed wood. Rafael responded to my posting very promptly, came out for the quote and the job exactly when he said he would, removed the remaining unstable plaster, placed a mosaic of plasterboard over the gap and plastered it with a very smooth finish the day after. All in all, the problem has been resolved a week after it started, with minimum stress. Rafael is a very diligent, experienced and reliable craftsman, and was even generous enough to help me with another issue in my flat for free. Highly recommended.
