Replace both front and rear brake discs on my Mercedes E class. Quickly quoted the job, carried out work exactly as quoted. Great change from previous experiences elsewhere. So much so booked my other car in for MOT and they will definitely get the services of this car in October. At last a garage I can feel confident will not rip me off. Well done.

Maybe at last found a service garage to trust? Quoted the job in advance, not the cheapest but was fixed price. Stuck to quote with no added surprises I have experienced elsewhere. Polite, professional and efficient. Cannot recommend enough. Having hit a pot hole on the way to work I managed to limp to Cracknell’s as my tyre pressure steadily dropped. The member of staff I talked to couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate. Though they order tyre replacements as a rule, they were quick to get one in and I drove off the same day. Very impressed with the courteous and professional service. Thanks Cracknells!
