Key stopped working so couldn’t lock door, Rich come out had a look replaced lock and showed me what caused the issue talked me through it all very helpful and reassuring

Couldn't fault the service

Richard was efficient, polite and reassuring. As a single female pensioner I can feel vulnerable but I immediately felt safe in his presence. He went over and beyond to ensure the lock fitted perfectly, tidied up and was completely professional.

Response was really quick, came out quickly and very polite and professional. Definately recommend

Good communication and a pleasant locksmith who completed the job quickly despite having to order parts. Also a reasonable price for the work carried out.
