Had an outdoor tap that had been fitted incorrectly. Craig got in touch through the site, and we arranged a no fee callout to assess the job. He then came back the next day with the parts required and fixed the poor installation to a high standard. He communicated well once we got in touch, arrived punctually when he said he would, and completed the work well, cleaning up after himself with final checks to ensure everything was done right.
