C P Property Maintenance did wonders for our roof! They expertly handled the chimney, soakers, flashing, and even re-bedded ridge tiles we hadn't noticed needed doing. Very prompt no pressure quote. Job booked in very quickly after acceptance. Turned up dead on time and set up in lousy weather. The guys who did it explained everything I asked about, and were extremely organized and tidy. Cleaned up nicely after the job was finished and photos supplied. Job looks great and I will use CP again if I have any roofing jobs in the future. Likely that I will next replace the wooden cladding on the house front and I will call CP first for a price.
