  Paul was very responsive and helpful, getting a quote to be very quickly, with a very competitive price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and carried out the job quickly, talking me through the features of the unit. He also took away the broken unit to dispose of. Would certainly recommend and will be using again in the future.
