Charlie is a lovely guy, really prompt at responding, understood what we needed, very reliable. Charlie worked quickly and precisely, he was really good at communicating with us, and tidying up at the end of day! I’d definitely recommend Charlie, the finish and quality of the work was fantastic.

From the outset Charlie gave an excellent service in response to my enquiry. He kept in touch throughout the job and offered really helpful suggestions to make the finished work look better than we imagined. Charlie is very thorough and conscientious with fantastic attention to detail. Despite this being a dusty job he took great care to make sure the house was kept tidy and cleaned at the end of each day. I can't receommend Charlie high enough.

He spent time on the phone with me beforehand to give me an idea of the work that might be required and then attended to assess before coming back a few days later, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly friendly, left everything clean and tidy and did a great job. I've already passed on his details to others and would highly recommend.

Charlie was great to work with from start to finish. He gave really helpful advice even before he'd provided a quote (which was the best value I received) and took the time to explain different option to me properly. The work he carried out was of a very high standard and he was quick and kept everything very clean. We hope to get him back to do more work for us in the future.
