10/10. Cannot fault Chris and his team they have been brilliant from start to finish. They have carried out a new boiler installation and completed a whole new bathroom including plastering and tiling in no time at all to a very high standard. I would highly recommend C P Jones plumbing and will using them again in the future.

All the men who worked on our bathroom were friendly, considerate, efficient and punctual. They ensured that we were kept well-informed at every stage of the process. They always cleaned up well and all rubbish was quickly removed. We chose Chris’s company because he always replied very quickly to emails and texts; he was very positive and accommodating, when, after giving us a quote, we wanted to change one or two things, and he was, at every point, professional and reliable. We felt that we would be safe with him, and we were.

Can't fault them at all. Up front pricing structure. On time. Worked quick. Cleaned up. Came back to check work. No criticisms at all. Wished they built extensions.

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Came back next day morning due to leak but fixed it quickly and came back afternoon to double-check. Great customer service. Final bill matching quote. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his team were great. They attended promptly and finished the job to a high standard. Communication was excellent. I would definitely use Chris's company again.
