  I recently had three front lights and a security floodlight installed at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The installation team arrived on time, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

  CPA Property Services arrived on time and got on with the tasks quickly and efficiently. They not only did the jobs that I asked but they also checked a few other things to make sure everything was working well and safely. I was impressed with them cleaning up as they went along as well as explaining to me what they were doing. I can personally recommend CPA Property Services Ltd and will invite them back when I have more work to complete

  Lock changes

  Called on CPA to change several locks and they were fantastic, prompt and efficient. One of locks was not a standard one but the engineer was able to source one promptly. Will certainly use again!

  An emergency on a boat was responded to quickly. Polite professional team. Located the problem and restored electricity in a timely manner. They suggested ideas to stop the problem happening again, ordered the required parts and came back to complete works within a week. Punctual, clean and courteous. Competitively priced. Highly recommend this company.
