Great service from start to finish, boarding the loft, adding a new hatch and pull down ladder, and topping up the insulation. A competitive quote and clear communication throughout. James took onboard my specific requests regarding the ladder. On the day, he arrived promptly with a colleague, completed the work in the expected time and left everything clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend James, Josh and Rowan. We had a quote within 24 hours of enquiring and they were able to start the job immediately to meet our deadline. They arrived promptly, were amazing in removing a very full loft of junk before commencing the foam removal. They wore ppe and worked tirelessly for 3 days to complete the job ahead of time. The guys cleaned up before they left each day and can be trusted with a key as I wasn’t able to be there. James gave a very honest and competitive quote as we had been overcharged for having the foam installed by 20m2! Overall a fantastic experience.
