James and his son were very polite, text the day before to remind me they were coming in the morning, on the day were here at 8.30 removed and replaced with regulation insulation exactly what he said when looking at the job no corners cut, cleaned up all the mess, you wouldn't know that they had been here. Also explained that there is no vat on loft insulation as its covered by the government not something I knew. Would recommend James 100% nice to have a honest and reliable trades person who does what they say they will do.

Great service from start to finish, boarding the loft, adding a new hatch and pull down ladder, and topping up the insulation. A competitive quote and clear communication throughout. James took onboard my specific requests regarding the ladder. On the day, he arrived promptly with a colleague, completed the work in the expected time and left everything clean and tidy.
