  Yet again fantastic service form Cozy Home Heating. We contacted them on Friday for an annual boiler and central heating service and an issue with our toilet and they were with us on Monday. Can't recommend Leon and his team highly enough.

  Install new radiators

  New radiators installed: all had to be later reinstalled/rectified, excess floor damage during install, packaging torn up and new radiators left lying around resulting in all being marked/scratched. Bathrooms: ensuite towel radiator installed in wrong position and bathroom towel radiator installed with part missing, incorrect pipework for both. Didn't consult/notify customer and made excuses later. New bathroom tile cracked, tried to replace without telling customer. Invoiced for work not performed, no detail provided on invoices. Poor housekeeping.

  We wasn’t finished on you’re job but we wasn’t given the opportunity to finish as you fell out with you’re builder who we was indirectly employed by.We was never informed of any complaints nor given any opportunity to resolve and so the review is unfair
