On initial contact very friendly and helpful. Cleaning agents arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They clearly stated what they would be doing as i walked them around the house leaving vry clear in what to expect at the completion of the job. At the conclusion of the cleaning they walked me around the house again stating what they had done and pointing out minor issues that they had noted. I was very happy with the standard of the work that they did would have no hesitation in using this company again. I would warmly recommend them.

Amazing company, brilliant communication. did an amazing job on the sofa that was covered in pen marks, spillages etc. The price was a tad over what was quoted but it did require a lot more elbow grease and time due to the state the sofa was in so we were happy to pay the extra! Would highly recommend and will be using this company again! 10/10

I contacted Coxs cleaning on the 1/3/2026 for a carpet clean in my lounge. Casey was very helpful and could fit me in the next morning. Casey arrived the time stated and cleaned my lounge carpet, it now looks brand new and smells lovely and fresh! Fantastic workmanship carried out and casey also gave me some quick easy tips to keep the carpet looking clean and fresh. The professionalism was outstanding. Cox”s Cleaning have just done their first clean of the accommodation unit at the Vineyard, This will work well going forward. Very thorough cleaning but on top of that I was made aware of little things that need to be right (light bulbs to replace etc) Helping provide the level of accommodation that guests expect.
