Contacted Michael to ask for a quote and he responded almost straight away. Explained what work we needed doing over the phone and came out the following day to quote the work. Booked him in. They arrived on time and were pleasant throughout the course of the work, keeping us updated on their progress throughout. Cleaned everything up after the work was completed. Will definitely use them again if we decide to upgrade to a wood burner.

Michael and colleague arrived punctually. The wood burning stove was installed within a day and to my requirements. The work was carried out to a high standard and the living room was left clean and tidy. Michael gave a good explanation on how to use the wood burner. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Cowltect.

Michael from Cowltech fityed a new Mi Fires Skiddaw woodburning stove, stainless steel chimney liner and chimney cowl. This was to replace an existing open fire hearth so required the chimney breast to be opened out to be large enough for the stove. The work was carried out quickly and for a great price. I will be using Michael again for the sweeping of the flue in 12 months time. Highly recommended.

They were working on next door's chimney, and I went and had a chat. Michael showed me photos of what they had been doing and of our own chimney, which needed a little work, which they did for a very good price. A pleasant and helpful pair of guys and a good job done.

Mike and Darren effectively and skilfully put up the stove and associated flues inside a BBQ lodge for a new business venture. I was impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge. Mike also kept in touch with me in the weeks leading up to the job to advise me- even though we could have cancelled the whole thing if it was too much trouble. Clear communication, thoughtful and caring about all aspects of the installation. I would definitely recommend Cowltech.
