2.75 Tiling my kitchen

Poor workmanship. Can’t get wall socket back on due to over tiling the area, advised he would return to rectify and has failed to return on several occasions to put it right, despite being paid in full. Grouting is flaking off and the trim is not secured properly. I am going to follow the procedure for small claims as Freddie has ignored calls, messages and even responded to new requests for work thinking we were a new paying customer but again failed to turn up when realizing who we were. Disgusting company. Since leaving the negative review Freddie has been in touch to threaten to remove the tiles when requested he put the work right, his communication is quite threatening and unprofessional. Please look at the negative reviews, we’re not the first customer he’s threatened to return to their property without good intention.Verified reviewerJob location: CT510 Kitchen floor

We had just had a brand new kitchen installed and needed the glass tiling to be completed. I wanted the job done to a high standard and searched the internet for weeks! I am over the moon with the work Freddie and Ryan did, and I can be fussy! Not only were they amazing tilers, but two of the nicest, most friendly and polite guys you could meet. I couldnt recommend them highly enough and it was a very tricky job.
