We were unable to solve the problem of our downstairs toilet being blocked and water was starting to come back up the waste pipe. Called Andy from Covert and he came within the time promised to solve the issue for us. A quick high pressure pipe wash and a view on the camera and job done. All in good time for the 3pm kick off . Brilliant service, and a lovely chap just to chat to. Highly recommend and will certainly use again, if the need arises.

Andy was extremely helpful and efficient. He investigated the problem, diagnosed a solution and completely sorted our blocked drains in less than an hour. He has all the right equipment and more importantly knows how to use it. Overall I would say one of the best trades people I have ever employed

Andy came and sorted our blocked drains. Super fast response when called. Did a great job and sorted out several issues we had with the drains. Definitely keeping his number on our short list!

Andy fitted in an appointment within four hours of being called and arrived within the appointment time. He identified the problem immediately and resolved it quickly, cleanly and without making any mess. When he had finished, he checked the whole system and didn’t leave until he was satisfied all the pipes were clear - which solved the problem I had first experienced - the kitchen sink appeared to be blocked. Would that all Tradesmen were as efficient, courteous and considerate as Andy. It was a great relief of stress to get back to normal so speedily.

The downstairs toilet became blocked suddenly for no apparent reason and was flooding the room. I initially rang a plumber but the job was predominantly for a drains expert. I therefore rang Andy and he and his workmate Phil appeared as quickly as was possible, the problem was identified and rapidly dealt with. Throughout the time of his visit he displayed a thoroughly professional approach and was decisive in his manner. Highly recommended.

Having had the washing machine guy say it was a plumbing issue and the plumber saying it was the pump in the washing machine we stuck between a rock and a hard place!!!!! In comes Andy and after much diligent searching and I mean searching issue solved. And it was an amazing extensive search and not at all obvious. But Andy was determined to solve our unsolvable problem. Great chap and brilliant service I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you
