We are incredibly pleased with our new garden! The first inspection service was great, they listened, gave advice, did not try to tell me what I should do as other companies have done during previous inspection visits. They helped me to visualise what I wanted and their advice was professional and very helpful. The workers were brilliant, hard working, working long hours in very hot weather. The quality of artificial grass has greatly improved since the original grass was laid about 10 years ago. Carwyn and his team were very professional from start to finish. Carwyn was knowledgeable and polite and his team did a very tidy job on the day. Outstanding. I'm starting review with this as couldn't fault all concerned. Carwen was very professional and knowledgeable. His staff very friendly always keeping us up to date on how the job was progressing. 2 years ago we came across Carwyn on Facebook for artificial grass so we got a quote, work was completed and he was efficient and hardworking. Today 09/04/25 we got Carwyn back to rip up our decking and clear the stones so we could have paving & more artificial grass installed in the garden for our little boy. Original time to complete was 5 days, the team did it in 1.5 days, they were efficient, polite and kept the area tidy.
