I was directed to Courtwood Services for an issue that has been on going for the past 6 months. Other garages I took my car into, could not find the fault and dismissed my problem without any care or consideration. Courtwood were able to diagnose the issue in depth, communicate this to the warranty company and gave me excellent support and advise when I went to pick up. I cannot rate the staff highly enough for not only their professionalism, but also their depth of knowledge and understanding and how they treated me as a customer.
