  Roof over annexe to bungalow

  Resurfacing of flat balcony roof.

  An excellent job from Callum and his team! An honest assessment of the problem and how it was to be repaired.   Chimney stack removal and installing dry ridge tiles

  Callum arrived within 2 hours of my call to investigate our leaking roof. The problem was around the rear chimney stack. A temporary repair was carried out to prevent any further leaks. The chimney stack was removed and roof tiled the following week in one day. High winds caused the ridge tiles to blow down and remaining one's were unstable. I re contacted Callum with photos and he and his team duly replaced with dry ridge tiles in 3 days. All work was carried out professionally and safely with continuous updates they also cleaned the guttering. On completion the area was left throughly clean

  Water leaking into conservatory from box guttering

  Callum came promptly to inspect the problem and after investigation he pointed out that it could be one of 3 things. I asked him to go with the probable cause for which he quoted me. He pointed out that it would be a week or so before he could attend to it and he was true to his word. He rang me on the day to tell me what time he would arrive which he duly did. He quickly eliminated one of the possible problems and then went on to complete the work. He photographed all stages of the work and sent them to me and asked me to contact him when it next rained to confirm the problem was resolved

  Replace entire roof

  This company was very helpful, price was fair and they took pride in the job. They cleaned up all the mess as they went along. It was a biggish job with several different pitches to the roof, part of which was 1935 and the rest newer. I chose large heavy Italian tiles as we are in a windy area and they used materials to minimise future maintenance. The roof has a 10 year warrantee and it stood up to the storm we had last week :) They also sorted our solar panels. I have suggested them to a friend who needs roof work. Finally I've had nothing but good comments about the new roof. Thanks
