County Roofing Property Services replaced the felt & batten on our roof and refitted the original tiles. Dry ridge and dry verge caps on gable end. Lead flashing on rear gable end. New fascia and guttering. Steven was very friendly and communication was excellent throughout. Areas left tidy everyday. They even removed the loft insulation while the roof was off and replaced with new and installed bird spikes to the flue. We would highly recommend this company.

So pleased with our windows and especially the new front door! No breeze blowing through the house, really professional and very attentive to details and ensuring a good finish. Would definitely use these guys again!

After initial visit, Steve gave careful thought as to how to deal with the particular issue at our property and came up with a solution to a very tricky job. He kept us appraised at each stage of the work showing us photos and videos. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Water leaking into roofspace & bedroom. Diagnosed due to 2 large chimneys & several square yards of defective roof around them. Steve repaired the chimneys from chimneypot haunchings down to & incl. new flashing. He removed&replaced tiles adjacent, & replaced rotten battens&roof felting (ad hoc) to ensure waterproof. He discussed options/alternatives&explained&quoted for what he proposed. I ascended the scaffolding, he showed me evidence of what was wrong at every stage. He also removed an old empty seagulls free. Repointed&gull-proofed 2 ridges, also pots. Honest, plain-speaking, reliable.
