Sam’s communication was excellent, he was polite, arrived when he said he would, removed all rubbish and did a really good job . Really pleased with the work

Sam initially responded to a leak discovered around the chimney and found the membrane had failed, the battens were rotted and tiles had slipped. This was quickly dealt with, but a wider problem and a risk to the roof integrity was determined. He proposed the roof be re-laid with new battens and membrane. The roof was replaced, new guttering fitted, and Sam made a special effort to find replacement tiles from a reclaim yard. I am very happy with the work done and the speed with which it was carried out.

Excellent communication, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Sam answered the message on checkatrade promptly, turned up to inspect and quote and then do the work, putting right previous bodge-jobs. No leaky roof anymore (leak around vertical boiler flue on pitched roof). I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Sam 😊

Sam was really quick to come out and look for possible issue causing leak. came back following day to fix the issue, would recommend.

County Homes Roofing were really polite and helpful from the start - they were able to come out to a leaking roof next day. They explained what was causing the issue and outlined what was needed for the roof long term and also quickly put in a temporary fix that would hold. Very professional and couldn't have worked harder to get the roof in a safe condition. Really impressed.
