    Response from County Carpets

    This person only called the shop and because we asked him to come and select what he would like he has given us a negative review. He was asked to come and select as we couldn’t bring loads of samples to him. We do ask customer to come in and select what they like and then they can borrow the samples and I will collect when measuring. It works all the time. This guy didn’t want to so we couldn’t help him unfortunately

    Very helpful in shop when choosing carpet. Chose carpet Tuesday - layed on Friday - very efficiently + professional.
