Easy to contact. Company came when they said they would and rang to tell us they were on their way. Dealt with the wasp problem efficiently and effectively. Now we have no wasp problem. They also identified a second nest we had not noticed and dealt with that too. Extremely satisfied. Will use them again and recommend the company to others.

Completely quickly and thoroughly.

We called Steve as we thought we had a problem with woodworm. He came out to us with all the equipment but quickly worked out it wasn't woodworm. Have us done good advice on what to watch out for and didn't charge us a thing. We've used Steve several times for wasps, rats etc. He is always very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Steve came round within a few hours of me phoning him and dealt professionally with the problem, then he returned twice in the following weeks to make sure that it had been resolved. He is very friendly and helpful.
