Emergency call out for major plumbing issue at one of our Air B&Bs, arrived punctually and appropriately prepared with tools and suspected part replacements, communicated via WhatsApp for diagnosis and confirm repair on video and pics, left the apartment clean and invoiced promptly and accurately with assurance and guarantees on the work. Great lad as well nothing phases him and doesn't mess around. Looking forward to working with Ben and team again.
