Coulsdon Builders converted the garden level floor of a four storey house, which I had used as an office for about 30 years, into a residential flat. The concrete floor had to be dug out and replaced, and two supporting walls removed. I arranged the engineering calculations for the steelwork and chose the kitchen, Coulsdon Builders dealt with everything else; the boiler, the heating system, the bathroom, lighting, windows, doors and the beautiful wooden floor were all chosen by Tomasz. The total project cost was about £100,000. I wholeheartedly recommend Coulsdon Builders Ltd.

We are very happy with the job. They always came when they said they would and at the time they said. The job job was done fairly quickly and on the time frame given. It took a little longer to finish the job but only because we didn’t get certain material on time. The finish job is perfect! Every corner is spotless! Totally recommend them!

Tomasz and his crew are great to have around, they are tidy, friendly and seem to enjoy their work. They completed our new kitchen diner, bi-folds and garden patio quicky, neatly, on time and on budget. We will be having them back for more work soon.
