On the same day that family was arriving to stay, I discovered that my shower was leaking. Chris squeezed in a visit that day to assess the problem but very kindly stayed to fix it (for which I was extremely grateful.) I then asked him to replace an old shower pump which we've put off doing because we didn't know whom to ask. Chris came back quickly with an estimate, ordered the parts and fitted the new pump within a very short time. I've always dreaded having a plumbing issue but now that I've found Chris, I'll go straight to him.

A sudden very loud noise started when running my bath taps. I called Cotter & Co and spoke to Chris. He arranged an appointment and turned up on time. He was polite and seemed to know what was causing the problem. He was very professional and exceptionally quick in sorting out the repair. I would definitely use them again.

On a Sunday evening and after snapping the outside tap off with water pouring everywhere I called Christian at Cotter & Cotter. He jumped on a video call to help me isolate the issue. He immediately came to the house to temporarily fit the issue and then returned to completely fix the issue. He was extremely professional, incredibly agile in fixing the issue, so helpful and unbelievably cost effective!
