Broken socket was causing the rest of the sockets to trip which was also stopping the boiler from working. Contacted Cotswold and explained the problem. Arrived at the time agreed, letting me know he was on his way and completed the work including fully testing it efficiently. Price was as agreed on initial contact. Would use again and recommend

Mark carried out a complete rewire of our home with great efficiency and professionalism. He was always happy to answer any questions we had and even offered helpful suggestions when it came to purchasing new appliances. We reached out to Mark in need of a new fuse box, he surveyed the whole house and made recommendations we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed until it was too late and things stopped working! Mark was very professional, his recommendations didn’t feel like up-selling at all, just genuine interest in providing the best service possible. We haven’t got the funds for all the work he recommended right away, but will definitely be coming back to him for these when we’re ready.

Mark did an excellent job installing new downlights in the kitchen. He recommended location and fittings and added another light spotting after spotting it was dark in one corner. He added LED lights to our kitchen cabinets and it's really transformed the space. Now one switch controls the downlights, LED under the cabinet and our living room lamp with dimming capability. Couldn't be happier with how it looks and price paid.

Mark was professional and efficient, understood what was required inline with my expectations. He carried out all work on-time and to budget. I would recommend him for all electrical work no matter how complex.
