Arrived as promised. Engaging & professional with great communication from the off. Staff are polite & engaging, nothing was an issue for them. The area after waste removal was left in a clean & tidy manner. The overall experience was brilliant! The staff were very efficient and quick, and very very polite! I had an abundance of house waste including a sofa and a big grab bag of soil that had been sat on the drive for a long time, I asked the guys if they would be kind enough to help me move the bag of soil to pop on my front garden patch and as it was so heavy they insisted they shovel the soil over the fence and onto the spot I wanted!
