Dean changed the locks on my front and back doors and was very helpful with helping me decide which locks to choose. He was also able to snap the back door locks before changing those as we had misplaced the key.

Dean was great from first communication to successful completion of the job. He managed to gain entry without causing any damage. It was a tricky job, but he persisted, kept me updated along the way and did a first class job. I’d highly recommend Dean’s services.

I decided to make use of the bank holiday Monday to replace a cylinder door lock on my front door. Unfortunately, I completely stuffed it up! After multiple failed attempts to remove said lock, I had only one choice, call in an expert. I came across Cotswold & Avon Locksmiths on Check-a-trade and gave them a call. I arranged for Dean to come over on the Tuesday at lunchtime. He was slightly early, which is always a good thing, and set to work trying to fix my mistake. It took some time to fix, and unfortunately it required extra parts, but a very professional repair was carried out.

Dean attended as conservatory door wouldn’t lock. He assessed the work and returned the next day to fit the replacements. He was absolutely brilliant and added additional security to the door for our peace of mind. I would really recommend Dean. Great work.
