  I got Billy to come and fix a leak which was showing around our chimney breast, I was quoted £1500. I was told by Billy that the roof lining around the chimney would need to be replaced otherwise he could not guarantee it wouldn't leak again. I said go ahead. That and other jobs came to £4k. It is now leaking worse than before to which he said "I don't guarantee patch jobs" even though on his website it says 'All the work we carry out has a 5 year guarantee'. I am now £4000 out of pocket and my roof is leaking worse than before he worked on it.

  Had the old underlay on my roof replaced and the team did an excellent job. They were quick and professional. No more leaks! Would happily recommend.

  garage roof repair

  Gave us a quote for the garage roof, which was very expensive, but Billy said he would replace our garage doors at cut price to even out the costs. With that said we agreed and he did the garage roof but let us down with the doors. He said his door supplier had let him down and kept fobbing us off. Eventually he agreed to return some of the money we had given him for the door but we are still waiting for the refund. Handle with care and don't fall for cheap extras to guarantee he get the job.
