I contacted Cotos Ionel Sorinel (Alex) about adding additional metro tiles to my bathroom shower area. Alex's communication was great, we discussed the job on Saturday and he was able to carry out the work on Wednesday. I am so happy with the quality of the work, the tiles look fantastic. Alex traveled outside his area to Teesside and arrived by 8am both days. His work was neat and tidy and he left the bathroom perfectly clean. I would highly recommend Alex if you are looking for a trustworthy tiler who turns up on time and is a perfectionist. I will definitely use Alex for future jobs.

I contacted Alex after reading positive reviews and being very cautious, having been ripped off by other tradespeople in the past. Alex was marvellous. He was clear, punctual, and was literally running up and down the stairs to get the job done quickly and properly. I told Alex that my previous experience with many tradespeople involved watching them take four cigarette breaks an hour and about eight tea breaks a day. Alex didn’t even take a break and worked tirelessly. I highly recommend him for anything you need.

From start to finish Alex was great. A prompt reply to a messages. Polite, courteous a real gentlemen to work with. Everything was done when it was said it would be done. Alex couldn’t have been more helpful. The old tiled floor was made good in preparation for tiling and grouting. Alex even recommended a coloured grouting and a pattern to lay tiles, which we had not considered. Would wholeheartedly recommend Alex. Alex was absolutely fantastic. He responded to my quote request within seconds, rang me to discuss within minutes and came to do the job within a day! He travelled outside of his location to be at my door before I left for work at 7:45am and the quote was so reasonable in comparison to some other “DIY handymen” in the area.
