Struggling with damp around our chimney breast and general issues with our log burner, Joe came next day to evaluate and quote us for work to be done, very competitive pricing, arrived on time and work carried out neatly. Job location: PE28From the outset communication was quick and easy. I was kept informed about everything. Including being able to track the person coming to my home. Joe was amazing he understood that the situation wasn't normal understood I needed heating as I have a small child in the house. I brought a property were the only heating is from a solid fuel fire. I wasn't given much notice for my move date so couldn't arrange anything ahead of time. Joe understood this was unusual and said just message when you get your keys, with in two hours of sending him that message he was there sweeping the chimney so we could have heat the First night in our new home.
