Job location: PE28From the outset communication was quick and easy. I was kept informed about everything. Including being able to track the person coming to my home. Nathan arrived on time, was friendly and carried out the work without leaving any mess. Will definitely use this company again in the future.9 Chimney clean

Joe was amazing he understood that the situation wasn't normal understood I needed heating as I have a small child in the house. I brought a property were the only heating is from a solid fuel fire. I wasn't given much notice for my move date so couldn't arrange anything ahead of time. Joe understood this was unusual and said just message when you get your keys, with in two hours of sending him that message he was there sweeping the chimney so we could have heat the First night in our new home. Cosy Stove's Nathan came to sweep our chimney. He was on time, very respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a reassuring way.
