  Amazing service - never experienced better!!

  Norbert has been a saviour! He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge & experience. He is a meticulous, organised, methodical clean & tidy worker with a positive can-do attitude. He installed a new boiler in a restricted area repositioning pipework & flue. He did a perfect job. He is our go-to for everything plumbing. He has fitted 5 new sets of taps, all in difficult restricted access areas without even removing or breaking a tile. He sourced and repaired a toilet leak that 5 previous plumbers had attempted and failed. Amazing service. We highly recommend his excellent skill set.

  Megaflow fitting and boiler fitting

  I was recommend Norbet by my kitchen fitter to fit my gas cooker and provide gas safety certificate. Since then Norbet has helped me with regular boiler service, underfloor heating manifold repair and most recently a faulty megaflow cylinder replacement. Each piece of work has been completed to an exceptional standard and customer service and pricing has been great. I have recommended Norbet to my friends and family.

  Heating zones created

  We required the heating system to heat individual floors of the house instead of the whole house. The job was involved and required a good understanding of how the boiler functioned and the pipe work distributed the water. Norbert completed the work brilliantly and professionally to time and budget. Three years on we have had no issues and our heating bills have reduced. Norbert is efficient, punctual and professional. He has helped us with lots of plumbing/heating jobs and I would happily recommend him.

  Kitchen & bathroom pipes / taps making a noise

  So, my bathroom & kitchen taps having been making a terrible noise and wasn’t sure if it was related to the hot water supply. I called Norbert #Cosy&safe who arranged a visit with 24 hrs. He visited this morning and resolved the issue immediately! I needed a new kitchen tap unit. He is an incredible professional and I totally recommend him. A honest and professional person.   New boiler installation

  Norbert is professional , and very knowledgeable . 2nd boiler he installed for me recently and I must say I was very pleased with his work. He is a perfectionist and most of all he cares. He is on time and easy to contact if any problems arise. He does all my boiler services. I wouldn’t let anyone else near my expensive boilers. One can’t find skilled professionals such as Norbert now days and I can truly say he is an exception.
