From initial contact, Alex was outstanding. Got to us within a few hours of contacting, quickly found fault, went and got an RCD and fitted it. Another problem was identified (my fault!), which was swiftly rectified. Alex is a very personable, kind and extremely likeable guy, who is also very, very skilled and experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained what he was doing in simple terms. We were so impressed that we are going to arrange for him to fit a new distribution board. Alex is the real deal and we would recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Alex was quick to visit, diagnosed the problem efficiently and solved the issue within half an hour. Very happy with the service.

Alex did a great job at installing a new socket, mounting a tv and chasing data cables and also plastering the wall to patch up any cuts. Was punctual, had quick communication and left the wall in a great state after plastering (not many electricians do this, they usually leave to you to do). Thanks for the work, really happy with the end result!
