3.67 Untrustworthy and poor workmanship.

Warning, this company has been closed and the sole director has started a new company under the name of Lime Roofcare Ltd. Correct Home Group fitted a new flat roof to our kitchen and it took 3 or 4 attempts for them to stop their new roof leaking. Once it had at least we had the assurance of a 10 year guarantee. At least we thought. July 2025, 17 months after the roof was fitted it leaked again. We tried to contact the company and the director by phone and email and even wrote you their registered company address all ignored. We had been previously let down by another local roofer who had conducted shoddy work, rather that invest further funds in that roofer, I contacted Checkatrade. Harry was prompt and effective with quotation and his team executed the work in just two days to a high standard. The Correct Roofcare team arrived early but checking with me first. Completed a replacement tile job very professionally and kept me informed throughout.
