Sent a text to say they would be with me at appointed time and never turned up not even a courtesy call, waiting in all day and would not even reply to a text I sent later the same day.. very unprofessional

We had been previously let down by another local roofer who had conducted shoddy work, rather that invest further funds in that roofer, I contacted Checkatrade. Harry was prompt and effective with quotation and his team executed the work in just two days to a high standard. Pricing was reasonable and we are very satisfied.

Professional Much Needed Tile Replacement

The Correct Roofcare team arrived early but checking with me first. Completed a replacement tile job very professionally and kept me informed throughout. They took additional pictures for me of the roof condition which then led to a further quote to replace felt. Very impressed. Thanks Guys!

A positive experience. Communication was clear and helpful, they tracked down the required tiles, turned up exactly when they said they would. They repaired a lot of broken tiles left everything tidy with no mess and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
