They were very easy to deal with. They gave me dates for work and turned up promptly. The work was done in good time. This is the second time I have used the firm when they previously fitted a shower cabinet. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the estimates. Clint was excellent start to finish - got a reply to job within a couple of hours which was very much needed as Toilet was leaking waste water and was unusable! He arrived when he said he would and kept us updated throughout. Didn't waste any time, gave us good advice and very much left us in control of what was happening. Paul was an absolute savior for us today. We had a last minute call out for a leaking toilet. Not only did Paul come the very next day, he also gave me a detailed breakdown with pictures and explanation of what work needed doing before cracking on so I knew all the latest with the job.
