We contacted Franc regarding a leak in our roof and his quality of work and customer service has been exceptional. Franc responded quickly to quote for the work and carried out the repair the next day, resolving the issue. Franc was knowledgable and also helped with a number of other minor repairs. We will absolutely be using the Franc in the future and highly recommend him and his company.

Frank went above and beyond when, what initially looked like chimney repairs and replacing some broken tiles, turned out to be more extensive works to remedy water damage to underlying structures. I was given regular updates, photographic and video footage so that I was fully informed. Frank recognised that, as an older woman and a widow, trust was important. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank (and his team) for honesty, fairness and uncompromising attention to detail.

Frank responded to my Checkatrade enquiry in only about one hour and fixed my roof over the next couple of days. So fast!! He found rotted wood in my roof and replaced the whole thing super quickly and perfectly. He did such a lovely job that I keep going outside my house to admire it! Franc and his team were fantastic. They assisted in all aspects of the job from sourcing the right pavers and fencing, doing all the site prep and of course the professional laying and grouting. There was minimal mess and it was all beautifully cleaned up afterwards. We were always kept informed of the progress and status along the way. The finished job was beautiful and just what we wanted.
